We met at a farmers market many moons ago and a “budding” friendship grew into a larger idea and tada! The Wanton Poppies was born.

Having both been in the Floral and Events Industry for almost a decade a piece we’ve had the opportunity to work for the best of the best and bring many skillsets and years of experience when curating and creating our own weddings.

We love getting to know our couples, and their loves stories. They are inspiring.. YOU are inspiring and we believe your florals should be too.

Both classically trained in the arts, we find our ultimate inspiration in the colors, forms, and textures found in nature, and pride ourselves on using unique materials to give life to our designs.

We source our materials as much as we can from local farmers, our personal gardens and responsible foraging as we believe they are of the best quality and character and allow us to lower our impact on the environment we love so much.

Flowers have a power to communicate things that words can’t quite describe. Countless shrieks, giggles, hugs, and exclamations of “there are no words” are the reason we do what we do.
